Bechamel Sauce Mixture

How to prepare

  • Empty the contents of caramel sachet into a bowl containing 750 ml of pure water (3 cups) and stir well until completely dissolved.
  • Put the mixture on a low heat with constant stirring to avoid burning and leave to boil for 2 - 3 minutes until you get the desired thickness.

The bechamel Sauce is ready to be added to your favourite dishes.
