Cream Caramel
Cream Caramel is a luxurious dessert that combines the rich flavors of smooth caramel with a velvety cream base. Enjoy Cream Caramel as a standalone dessert or as a refined addition to any dining occasion.
How to prepare
- Empty the contents of caramel sachet into a large ½ liter mold or in 4 small molds.
- Pour two cups of milk (½ liter) into a bowl, then empty the contents of the cream caramel powder sachet into the bowl and blend.
- Put the mixture on a low heat with constant blending (to avoid burning) and leave to boil for two minutes.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared molds containing the caramel sauce and leave to cool for half an hour.
- Put the molds in the fridge until completely cool and firm, then upturns them on plates and serve.
Ingredients
Sugar - Corn Starch - Stabilizers - Caramel flavor - Colors (E102 – E110).
Caramel sauce: Sugar - Glucose - Water.
