Muhalbia

Made from a base of milk and rice flour. Typically garnished with crushed nuts or cinnamon, Muhalbia offers a delightful balance of sweetness and subtle floral notes, making it a perfect treat for any occasion.

How to prepare

  • Empty the sachet contents into a bowl contains half a liter (2cups) of water.
  • Put the bowl on low fire with good blending until boiling.
  • Put the mix bowls.
  • Leave to be cold then present it.
