Vanilla Cream Chantilly

Is a luxurious dessert topping that combines rich, velvety Vanilla with the lightness of whipped cream. This indulgent blend is perfect for enhancing cakes, pastries, and ice creams.

How to prepare

  • Empty the contents of the sachet (powder) into a bowl.
  • Add 200 ml (1 cup) of cold water to the powder in the bowl.
  • Beat the mixture at high speed using a manual or electric mixer (4-5 min) until the mixture thickens.
  • Cream can be covered and preserved in fridge for later use. If the mixture then is over-thickened, you can add 2 spoons of cold water and stir until you get the required thickness.
