Marble Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour (a water-cup sized)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of melted butter (or 1 cup of oil, or half a cup of oil and half a cup of butter)
- Half a cup to three-quarters cup of Jena Milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of Jena Vanilla
- 5 big eggs
- 2 tablespoons of Jena Starch
- 3 tablespoons of Jena Baking Powder
- 3 tablespoons of Cocoa
- 2 tablespoons of apricot jam
How to prepare
- Egg whites should be separated from the yolks,
- Egg whites should be whisked well with a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar then left away,
- Egg yolks should be whisked well with the rest of sugar and Jena Vanilla,
- Add the butter to the yolk mixture gradually and then add the jam without stopping the whisking and then add the milk,
- Add the flour with the baking powder and starch by a spoon,
- Then add the whisked egg whites by a spoon too,
- A part of the dough should be taken and added to the cocoa,
- Start pouring the dough in a greased and floured mold as follows:
* Put an amount of white dough, then the dough with cocoa, then the white dough and then the dough with chocolate and so on.... - Take a fork and try to form the dough on the marble form,
- Bake at 200 ° C for 5 minutes and then at 175 ° C for 35-40 minutes.
