Preparation:

  • Pre-heat oven to 180C
  • Blend all ingredients in the mixing bowl, and then beat as follows
  1. Low speed: 1 minute
  2. Top speed: 3-4 minutes
  3. Low speed: 1 minute
  • Divide the batter equally between (greased and floured pans [2"x8"/2x 20cm]) or one big pan.
  • Bake in over 35 - 40 minutes, or until tooth pick inserted comes out dry.
  • Cool cake for 10 minutes in pan before removing.
  • Decorate as desired and serve..
