It is a healthy alimentary powder especially that it contains nutritive yellow corn flour, and when added to milk it gives the same benefits of milk and flour which are in milk and corn flours broshour, and because we care to comply with our customer's needs, we add the following flavors to our custard product to satisfy everybody's taste.
Packing: 350g Tin
Preparation:
To prepare 1 liter of custard (4 cups of milk)
- Dissolve 66g (6 table spoons) of custard with some cool milk (taken from 1 liter of milk) blend well until dissolving.
- Boil the remaining of 1 liter of milk and add (50g) of sugar (4 - 5 table spoons) then put the mix with continual blending on light fire until you achieve the required thickness.
- Pour hot Jena custard in serving bowls and leave in cold place.
- You may decorate the custard with desired fruit.
